SEMI-PRIVATE TRAINING
This is a great way to get a more personalize workout than what boot camp classes offer. Workouts are typically segmented into different workout splits for a more targeted workout.
Semi-Private training comes with a 15-minute consultation for all first-time clients. This 15 minute consultation is to discuss your goals, challenges you have had, and what you are currently doing for your workout regimen. Together we will devise a plan that will fit your individual needs.
